1. Learn relevant international, national and semiconductor industry regulations and information, and participate in establishing and improving relevant procurement channels;
2. Responsible for the procurement and implementation of raw materials for production (glass, special gases, chemicals, etc.);
3. Responsible for the procurement and implementation of production auxiliary materials and consumables (photo masks, targets, dry films, photoresists, PI, etc.);
4. Responsible for the procurement implementation of production service outsourcing (production outsourcing, outsourcing, etc.);
5. Responsible for the procurement and implementation of other materials and items during the factory preparation process;
6. Responsible for inquiry, negotiation, contract signing, payment application, etc. during the relevant procurement implementation process;
7. Responsible for the signing, performance and termination of relevant contracts/orders and other related matters;
8. Assist in departmental quality system construction, informatization construction, qualification declaration, etc.;
9. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
