Production Director

Job Requirements

Chongqing | Full-time | Production Department

1. Bachelor degree or above, about 35 years old;

2. More than 10 years of production experience in IC substrate or semiconductor industry, more than 5 years of management experience;
3. Good at production cost control and on-site management, with modern management concepts and purification workshop 5 management experience;
4. Have excellent planning, organization, leadership and coordination abilities;
5. Have career fighting spirit, good professional ethics and personal cultivation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for production schedule arrangement, cost and quality process control;

2. Production material tracking, connection and coordination of various processes;
3. Train and lead the team to complete the formulated performance appraisal;
4. On-site 5S and safety control;
5. After-sales material control and closed-loop processing of after-sales quality issues;
6. Supervise the continuous optimization of production SOPs and inspection lists;
7. Institutionalization and standardization of production management;
8. Scientific management and cost control of the outsourcing OEM system.
