3. Develop and implement equipment inspection, maintenance and maintenance specifications, and write and review equipment management rules and regulations;
4. By decomposing bottleneck processes and key equipment, manage and control unplanned downtime of equipment, control sudden and major equipment failures, and maintain production smoothly as planned;
5. Organize and implement the construction of equipment maintenance information system to improve maintenance management efficiency. Organize and implement the integration of equipment maintenance resources, make maintenance methods and means more scientific, improve the mechanism, and conduct preventive hidden dangers and risk inspections and rectifications on equipment;
6. Develop annual, quarterly and monthly maintenance plans, be responsible for summarizing department work, reporting to superiors regularly, and proposing work improvement plans;
7. Starting from the production capacity, through continuous deployment, we can effectively shield the impact on production capacity due to the shortage of equipment Down machines and processing tools;
8. Be responsible for equipment maintenance costs and reduce equipment failure rate and equipment repair and maintenance costs by streamlining equipment maintenance methods and materials;
9. Establish management guidelines for equipment spare parts, strengthen the management of spare parts, and improve the inventory of core equipment parts;
10. Participate in the discussion and review of technical transformation and technical measures projects, be responsible for the specific design and early management of equipment, and formulate detailed equipment technical transformation or overhaul plans.
